THE SEMINAR OFFERED BY ITALIAN CUSTOMER INTELLIGENCE AT THE FASHION CONSORTIUM OF VERONA UNVEILS THE OPPORTUNITIES RISEN FOR MANUFACTURING COMPANIES IN THE AGE OF THE CLIENT.

Since 2011, we entered, also in Italy, the Age of the Customer (consider the exhibit, source Forrester Research): as never before the final client has an incredible power to choose, to compare, to criticize, to stimulate, to express his consensus or dissent.

In a market in which the offer is more and more extended and available on different channels, it’s very difficult for your company to make the final client recognize the quality and the design of your products. Specifically, as never before, the customer is very demanding and eager to be independent from the retailer in order to develop a privileged, independent and direct relationship with the brand he chooses.
