THE SEMINAR OFFERED BY ITALIAN CUSTOMER INTELLIGENCE AT THE FASHION CONSORTIUM OF VERONA UNVEILS THE OPPORTUNITIES RISEN FOR MANUFACTURING COMPANIES IN THE AGE OF THE CLIENT.
Since 2011, we entered, also in Italy, the Age of the Customer (consider the exhibit, source Forrester Research): as never before the final client has an incredible power to choose, to compare, to criticize, to stimulate, to express his consensus or dissent.
In a market in which the offer is more and more extended and available on different channels, it’s very difficult for your company to make the final client recognize the quality and the design of your products. Specifically, as never before, the customer is very demanding and eager to be independent from the retailer in order to develop a privileged, independent and direct relationship with the brand he chooses.
In order to be successful in the Age of the Customer, it’s necessary to know deeply and effectively the client and the experience he lives with our brand. The ultimate goal is to design for our client a superior customer experience that satisfies his needs and desires. The same customer experience that has a direct relationship with high repurchase ratio, high average expenditure and customer loyalty, the one for which the client is willing to pay more money (up to +81%).
Italian Customer Intelligence, in collaboration with Studio Impresa, offers to the Fashion Consortium of Verona (Fashion District) a seminar for the fashion industry that is meant to highlight the opportunities risen for manufacturing companies from a more intelligent and deep knowledge of the client base. Specifically, Italian Customer Intelligence will clarify the steps and the reasons necessary to create in your company a culture of the final client. Additionally, through business cases and concrete examples, you will understand how a continuous and specific dialogue with your client will unveil strategic and operational indications that generate competitive advantage for your company. Thus, we will suggest clear and useful “step-by-step” procedures to flourish today, in the Age of the Customer.
At the conclusion of the seminary, we will also present to participants the proposal “E-Commerce platform” of the Fashion Consortium of Verona.
